The Clinic Membership is a 12 month agreement and you can cancel the membership at any time prior to the full year with a $99 cancellation fee.

Monthly membership fees are payable by credit card and will be charged to the credit card on file each month.
If there is a current promotion being offered at time of service, the member will receive the discount that is greater.
Member discounts can be combined with vendor loyalty programs, such as Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire.
Benefits are non-transferable and available to the enrolled Clinic Member only.
The Clinic reserves the right to change pricing and fees, as well as terminate membership at its sole discretion.
